TUITION
The annual tuition for Berean Christian Academy
students is $4,500. For convenience, tuition is
divided into ten monthly payments of $450 from
August through May. All families are required to
enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management Program which
deducts tuition on the 5th of each month. There is a
enrollment fee of $46 per year. Tuition paid in
full by August 5th is eligible to receive a 10%
discount.

REGISTRATION FEE
There is an annual Registration Fee of $125. This
fee must be paid to secure a spot for the fall. This
fee is non-refundable and non-transferable (pending
acceptance to BCA).
MATRICULATION FEE
The annual Matriculation Fee for BCA elementary
students is $300 and for middle school students is
$400. This fee covers books, specialty classes,
standardized testing materials, and two gym
uniforms. The Matriculation Fee must be paid by July
1st. If Matriculation is not paid by July 1st, the
student’s placement for the fall will be forfeited.
For students enrolling after July 1st, this fee is
due upon acceptance. This fee is non-refundable and
non-transferable.
TESTING FEE (NEW STUDENTS)
The Testing Fee for new students is $30. This covers
materials and resources needed for new student
assessments. This fee must be paid the day of
scheduled testing.
LUNCH FEES (OPTIONAL)
Berean Christian Academy provides a hot, nutritious
meal which includes milk or juice. Lunch fees are
due on a monthly basis and should be paid on the first of each month. The monthly fee
for lunch is $40. Lunch fees are not adjusted for
school holidays or student absences. Students may
also bring their lunch to school on a monthly basis.
